When I check-in at the Boston Langham Hotel, what do I do if they ask for my credit card?

How can I get around Boston? What was that Uber code again?

We have arranged transportation to/from all the activities if they are not within walking distance.  If you miss the bus or shuttle or just need a ride, we have set up a special code that you can use with the Uber app. Our Uber Voucher code for the weekend is:  RDVFELYBQPM

To use this Voucher, go to your Account settings and click on Wallet.  Once you are in Wallet, scroll down and you will find a listing for Vouchers.  Click on Vouchers and it will allow you to add a Voucher code.  Please enter the Voucher code listed above.  This code will be available to use all weekend including for airport transfers.

What if I can’t attend an activity that I have already registered for or want to change my plans?

Please call or text Jamie Bohlin at 508-737-6645 if you are unable to attend a scheduled event or activity.

Where can I park my car at the hotel?

Once arriving at the Boston Langham Hotel, you can leave your car with the valet. When checking in at the front desk, you can just indicate that valet charges should be put on your room.

Will childcare be available?

Yes, we will provide complementary babysitter services on site at the hotel and at most events throughout the weekend.

Babysitters will be available:

• Friday (2/27): 12:00pm - 10:00pm

• Saturday (2/28): 11:30am - 10:00pm

• Sunday (3/1): 11:00am - 6:00pm

Can I sign up for more than one massage during the weekend?

Seriously?? One per guest please :)

What Is The Attire Or Dress Code for the weekend?

Every event is casual all weekend long! Wear whatever outfits make you happy and comfortable to be playing some games in.
