We got you covered.

We will all be staying at the Langham Boston Hotel. You can check in at the front desk after 4:00 PM. All lodging costs and incidentals will be taken care of and will go on the master bill so you will not need to provide a credit card. Valet charges should be assigned to your room as well so they can go on the master bill.

Check out is on Sunday before 12:00 PM unless special arrangements have been made for you.
